How OurLand Works — Company Overview
What We Do
OurLand Holding acquires productive agricultural land across arable fields, olive groves, vineyards and woodlands. We do not farm it ourselves. Instead, we lease each parcel to local farmers and agri-food companies on one condition: it must be grown organically, sustainably, and with regenerative methods, including non-GMO ancient grains.
Where old farmhouses and outbuildings sit unused on our land, we restore them into small, eco-sustainable stays, giving the estate a second income and giving visitors a real place to experience it.

The OurLand Project
As population growth and food scarcity put pressure on agricultural resources, more and more productive land is being repurposed for other uses, shrinking our capacity to feed ourselves. OurLand exists to reverse that: we secure farmland and keep it producing real food.
The project promotes ethical and regenerative agriculture based on organic farming and non-GMO ancient grains, preserving the land and offering a tangible alternative to the spread of synthetic foods.
Built on equity and responsibility. We reject speculative land practices, promote organic non-GMO farming, and protect agricultural biodiversity. Everyone can take part, not just as a consumer, but as part of a community that values farmers' work and respect for nature.
We regenerate the soil, reduce environmental impact, and build a production cycle that endures without depleting resources. Regenerative techniques restore fertility, short supply chains cut waste, and the land is actively defended against urbanisation and degradation.
A shared economy where prosperity is distributed among all participants. Members earn dividends as shareholders, gain privileged access to high-quality products, and benefit from lease clauses that offer stronger protection in the event of a food crisis.

How It Works
OurLand purchases productive agricultural land with clear title and long-term potential — arable fields, groves, vineyards and woodlands.
Local farmers and agri-food companies work the land under a lease that requires organic, sustainable, regenerative methods. No exceptions.
Ruins and outbuildings on the estate are redeveloped into small eco-sustainable stays, adding a second income stream to the land.
Rent, property sales and food produced on the land all flow back to the people who hold a share of it.
When you invest with OurLand, you purchase shares in the company itself — making you a co-owner of every field, grove and vineyard in the portfolio.
Each investment is also recorded as XCPT, a security token tied directly to the value of the land we hold. Unlike speculative cryptocurrencies, XCPT does not exist on its own — its value moves with real, tangible real estate.
